Photoshoot service details
BOOK PHOTOSHOOT SESSION
I will reach out to you after your online booking to confirm all the details. It's always better to plan the shoot in advance, at least 1 - 2 weeks before. You are welcome to send pre-existing images to the studio, so I can better understand your ideas and preferences. QUESTIONS? Contact Kristin
MAKEUP AND HAIR SERVICES
Finishing powder and a lint roller will be available to ensure you look amazing in your photo. I don’t provide full makeup/hair services for photoshoots. Please come prepared with that in mind. If you require makeup, please contact me so we can organize this additional service for you.
CLOTHING FOR THE SESSION
Recommended clothes are; pressed and clean, well fitting clothing, avoid busy, patterned clothing, accessories in place (example tie clips).
Corporations and businesses: Please make a final decision on the outfit for your employees and corporate branded accessories prior to the photo session.
BACKGROUNDS
With advance notice, we are happy to replicate and match previous branding styles, Not sure what background you prefer? Ask us and we will guide and help you to make the final decision.
CHOOSING LOCATIONS
Corporations and businesses: Prepare a spot in your office/shop for the photo session. Although we can shoot in small spaces, allocated spaces like conference rooms and board rooms, are more private and will ease nerves for your team members.
REMINDER
Corporations and business: Please provide your front desk or your security team with my details. Please provide me with the appropriate contact information for your building security in advance of your session.
ARRIVAL TIME
I will arrive at least 30 minutes before the session start time to ensure I am set up and ready to go on time.
TURN AROUND TIME
Our turnaround time is 3-5 days. Rush charges may apply for one day turnaround.

IMAGE SELECTION
I send images after the shoot for selection OR I can bring a computer to review the photos in real-time to mark selects for retouching. Arrangements for this service can be prearranged ahead of time.
PHOTO EDITING
PRE-TOUCHED IMAGES have minor colour corrections and occasionally cropping. They are low res jpgs that are sent via ftp for final image selection.
RETOUCHED FINAL IMAGES have adjustments imperfections including stray hair, lint, skin etc. as well as any necessary fixes. They are High resolution Tifs unless otherwise directed by your company.
IMAGE DELIVERY
I will send your digital files via FTP link.
Printing is possible, however, that service would be in addition to the session fee.
